Florida Licensed Assistant Controller

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Assistant Controller with a CPA and tax focus.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and coordinate corporate and personal tax returns
• Maintain compliance across multiple entities
• Perform analytical reviews of financial statements and ensure GAAP adherence

Required Qualifications

• CPA required (or at least 2-3 sections passed)
• Experience in public accounting as a Senior Accountant
• Knowledge of GAAP-based accounting operations
• Ability to contribute to budget preparation and ad-hoc projects
• Willingness to work in a hybrid schedule (3 in-office, 2 remote)
