Job Summary

A company is looking for a Supervisor Account Receivable.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Accounts Receivable and Claims Recovery teams, ensuring accurate billing and collections
• Manage the delinquency and reinstatement process, implementing improvements to reduce delinquency rates
• Participate in system modernization initiatives and maintain documentation for compliance with regulatory standards

Required Qualifications

• Associates degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience
• Minimum three (3) years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, or claims recovery, with at least one (1) year in a supervisory role
• Experience with enterprise billing systems and financial software
• Strong analytical, organizational, and decision-making skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment and build positive relationships across departments
