Job Summary

A company is looking for a Tax Operations Administrator to ensure effective operations within their tax services organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with clients and Financial Advisory Teams to manage tax documentation and resolve inquiries
  • Set up and manage data in tax operations systems, ensuring accuracy and completeness
  • Oversee tax operations workflow, including document processing, tracking, and compliance
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree preferred, Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years of tax operations administration experience
  • Intermediate-level experience with Microsoft Excel, Adobe Acrobat, DocuSign, Salesforce, and CCH Axcess Document
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks or projects simultaneously
  • Willingness to work long hours during peak tax seasons
