We are offering a part-time (up to 30 hours per week) Sales Operations Intern role to work with team members across our organization, assisting with revenue operations and sales technology. In this role, you will support multiple FMX teams by helping to manage critical data, create reports, and improve outbound/prospecting processes for our Sales team. You’ll also gain valuable exposure to in-depth Sales and Revenue Operations functions while providing immediate value to revenue generating teams. You’ll work within industry-leading tools such as Salesforce and Gong,, gaining valuable hands-on experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
As the Sales Operations Intern, you will:
- Establish and perform data cleanup/audits within in Sales alongside our Sales Operations Specialist and Revenue Operations Manager to ensure data accuracy and reliability
- Create tracking and reports in Salesforce to identify gaps in sales prospecting data, maintain data hygiene standards
- Identify and source prospect data, using approved methods
- Create and audit insightful reports in Salesforce to support prospecting strategies
- Assist with improving automation processes within Salesforce, optimizing workflows and increasing efficiency across the Operations and Sales teams

Compensation:
- The hourly range for this position is expected to be $15-20/hr.
