Job Description

 

  • Work with clients to address their needs and provide solutions.
  • Present detailed reports to clients and management.
  • Manage client records and documentation.
  • Perform reconciliations to ensure accuracy in client accounts.
  • Collaborate with other teams to improve client satisfaction.
  • Hybrid role coming into the Franklin, TN office 2 to 3 times a week.
  • Reporting to the Senior Director of Operations.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other applications.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Experience in client services or a related field.
