Your day-to-day will involve supporting clients with their access requests, meticulously analyzing requirements to ensure accurate outcomes, and provisioning access for a selection of Experian products. Your keen attention to detail and strong sense of ownership will be essential as you validate information, resolve queries, and adhere to all compliance and security protocols. Moreover, you’ll have the opportunity to identify improvements in processes and systems, making your role impactful. This position allows you to showcase your skills in Microsoft Word and Excel while communicating effectively with clients via written correspondence. We’re looking for someone with 1+ years of experience in a similar role, who is ready to tackle this 12-month fixed-term contract with enthusiasm!
