• Ensure accurate eligibility determination for care coordination and service line navigation while documenting all interactions
• Handle patient complaints and inquiries with professionalism, adhering to established protocols and escalation paths

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• 1-3 years of customer service and/or healthcare experience required
• Telephone/call center experience required
• Working knowledge of Windows-based computer environment required
• Preferred: Two years of college education
