Job Summary

A company is looking for a Supervisor - Benefits Verification - Work From Home.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and support a team conducting eligibility verification and benefit investigations for CVS Caremark Specialty customers
• Validate the accuracy of the team's work and provide coaching and feedback to ensure performance goals are met
• Interface with various internal and external customers to drive employee engagement and foster an inclusive environment

Required Qualifications

• One year of supervisory experience in a related environment
• Three years' experience working with medical insurance or in a pharmacy environment
• Must live within 75 miles of a Specialty Location
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
