A company is looking for a Senior Counsel, Commercial Transactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a team of commercial attorneys and legal professionals
• Lead the drafting, negotiation, and execution of a variety of commercial contracts
• Provide strategic counseling and support for mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures

Required Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar membership in good standing
• 10+ years of relevant commercial legal experience, including at least 7 years in-house
• Experience in complex commercial transactions and international trade compliance
• Proven ability to support global product development and strategic initiatives
