Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Contracts Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, negotiate, review, and support various types of agreements typical of the biopharmaceutical industry
• Coordinate requests from internal clients for contracts and amendments, managing the contracts management system
• Establish collaborative relationships with internal and external partners and provide education and training to internal clients

Required Qualifications

• BA with 7+ years of experience or JD with 5+ years of experience in contracts management and negotiation
• Experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts typical of a biopharmaceutical company
• Prior in-house contract-related experience in the life sciences industry is preferred
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; experience with a contracts management system is a plus
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
