Composed of 10,000 people across 120 offices globally EssenceMediacom combines Essence’s performance, data, analytics and creative technology DNA with MediaCom’s scaled multichannel audience planning and strategic media expertise.     
     
The agency includes an enviable global client roster, which includes adidas, Bayer, Dell, Google, Mars, NBCUniversal, PlayStation, Procter & Gamble, The Coca-Cola Company and Uber, and will be responsible for more than $21bn in global media billings.      
     
We are looking for an Associate Manager to join the EssenceMediacom team at GroupM.   
  
Reporting of the role    
This role reports to: Director

1.     Learn most advanced planning process and skill with full media at your deployment.  
2.     Direct coaching from team’s most senior members.  
3.     Good learning ground for understanding integrated media solution.  
  
In this role, your goals will be:    
In three months:     
    Get deep understanding of client business.  
    Manage all day-to-day assignments in an effective way.  
In six months:    
    Independently complete 80%+ queries from client, including the most important annual presentations to clients.  
    In a Forward-looking client management cycle, anticipate clients’ common queries and provide response or solution actively.  
In 12 months:    
    A strong knowledge of clients' marketing challenges and be able to provide media recommendations/solutions to address clients' business needs.  
   
What your day job looks like at EssenceMediacom:    
    Providing both online / offline media solution to client.
    Integrated communication with internally & externally partners.
    Coach a supervisor of daily work, execution, reporting.
    
Minimum qualifications:    
    Good English skills especially in writing, reading, and speaking.
    Proactive & responsible, detail oriented preferred.
    Media agency experience for at least 4 years.
    Well time management, able to manage multi-task and work closely with your team keeping things on track.
    Expertized knowledge of digital media planning & buying; basic knowledge of offline media.
    Experienced of operating different media tools, ie Clear Decision, Arianna.
