Job Summary

A company is looking for an Enterprise Growth Lead to drive revenue growth in a territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a strategic sales and account growth plan to exceed revenue goals
  • Build and nurture relationships with C-level executives and key stakeholders in hospital systems
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team while providing guidance on negotiations and consultative selling
Required Qualifications
  • 7+ years of sales and account management experience in healthcare or SaaS sales
  • Proven experience in leading and motivating teams to achieve ambitious targets
  • Strong skills in sales analytics and pipeline forecasting
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or related field; MBA or MHA is a plus
  • Experience with hospital-specific technology solutions and a network of contacts within healthcare networks
