A company is looking for an Enterprise Account Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage customer health through structured health checks and Executive Business Reviews
• Lead renewal planning and execution, collaborating on pricing strategies and account expansions
• Educate clients on platform updates and strategies to improve engagement and program success

Required Qualifications:

• 3-5+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or a relevant client-facing role
• Experience with SaaS, LMS, CMS, or software development implementation management
• Proven ability to build strong customer stakeholder relationships
• Familiarity with CRM and project management tools
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
