Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for merchants and partners, managing technical relationships
• Proactively identify, diagnose, and resolve critical technical issues while collaborating with various teams
• Oversee integration health monitoring and drive new product adoption with merchant partners

Required Qualifications

• Fluency in business-level English
• Experience in e-commerce, including Payments and Order Management systems
• Understanding of HTML, CSS, and Javascript
• Computer science degree preferred
• Experience in a multi-project B2B environment
