Job Summary

A company is looking for an Agency Account Manager to support client engagements focused on presentation development and communication strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the development and delivery of presentation and communication assets while ensuring alignment with client goals
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, leading meetings and translating client needs into actionable briefs
• Collaborate with internal teams to monitor project progress and address any risks or issues proactively

Required Qualifications

• 4-6 years of experience in account management, preferably in a creative or communication-focused agency
• Strong project management skills
• Experience with project management software, such as SuiteProjects Pro by NetSuite
• Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities
• Bonus: Experience in supporting executive communication or developing visual narratives
