Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Account Manager to drive client retention and growth within a defined portfolio of accounts.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute account strategies to enhance client relationships and achieve performance objectives
• Identify new sales opportunities and support internal stakeholders to close sales
• Act as a point of escalation for client issues, ensuring timely resolution and compliance with Service Level Agreements

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of sales and account management experience
• Experience selling solutions and services to banks
• Knowledge of corporate lending solutions is highly preferred
• Proven ability to build and manage a sales pipeline and achieve sales quotas
• Ability to navigate within financial institutions and understand customer needs
