Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Operations Training to develop and oversee training programs for Sales and Customer Service agents.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and facilitate comprehensive onboarding programs for new Sales and Customer Service agents
• Lead and develop a team of seven, managing training projects and ensuring alignment with business goals
• Establish performance metrics and optimize training programs based on outcomes and feedback

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in training and development, with at least 3 years in a Director-level role
• Experience in managing a Learning Management System (LMS)
• Strong project management skills to handle timelines and resources effectively
• Proven ability to translate insights from subject matter experts into effective training
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment
