Trainee / Junior Marketing Manager

ELVTR is a premier online education platform specializing in live courses led by top executives from globally renowned companies. As our company grows and we plan to increase the number of courses produced next year, we’re expanding our marketing team by adding a Trainee/Junior Marketing Manager.

This is a full-time, flexible remote position, ideally for individuals based in Kyiv or Lviv, offering the opportunity to grow into a Performance Marketing Manager role through mentorship and hands-on experience.

Position Overview

As a Trainee/Junior Marketer, you will be an integral part of our expanding team, helping to manage and improve our digital marketing campaigns. Working with Meta Ads and Google Ads, you will play a key role in achieving better campaign performance and scaling our offerings.

Responsibilities

• Campaign Management: Launch and manage marketing campaigns using Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Testing and Optimization: Conduct A/B tests and analyze results to refine strategies.
• Performance Analysis: Use marketing reports to evaluate campaign outcomes and identify areas for improvement.
• Creative Contributions: Develop marketing ideas to boost campaign performance.
• Team Collaboration: Work with colleagues and other departments to align goals and strategies.

Must-Have:

• Marketing Basics: Foundational knowledge from courses, freelance projects, or internships.
• Language Proficiency: English proficiency at a B2 level or higher.
• Soft Skills: Creativity, an open mind, and a proactive attitude.
• Analytical Mindset: Strong problem-solving and data-driven decision-making skills.

Nice-to-Have:

• Platform Experience: Familiarity with Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Metrics Understanding: Knowledge of marketing KPIs like CPL, CPM, CPC, CTR, CAC, and ROI.
