At Educate!, we're on a mission to empower Africa's youth and we're looking for a passionate Performance Metrics Manager to join our dynamic team in Uganda. As a key player in our Performance Metrics team, you will harness the power of data-driven design to enhance our educational products and create a substantial impact on young lives across the continent. You’ll collaborate closely with coordinators to develop and execute quarterly objectives and key results (OKRs) while managing your team with a focus on professional development and efficiency. With your analytical skills, you will oversee performance metrics systems to ensure they operate seamlessly, facilitating timely analysis and impactful reporting. Your role also involves leading the design and execution of training for the team, enabling them to leverage data effectively, thus fostering a culture of data use. We're seeking someone with at least five years of experience in Monitoring and Evaluation, ideally within NGOs or social enterprises, and proficiency in data analysis tools like Stata or SPSS. At Educate!, you’ll not only be pushing for quality metrics but will also contribute significantly to the youth employment landscape in Uganda.
