Since launching alcohol delivery in 2020, DoorDash has added 30,000+ stores to our platform across most major US markets. As we continue to scale our business, we’re looking to add a rock-star Senior Associate to own merchant experience and growth! Our team of 15 sits within the broader New Business Verticals organization, and oversees the alcohol business, including growth, the liquor store P&L, and the merchant experience. Join us in our global mission to empower and grow local economies!
You will be responsible for leading end to end merchant experience within the business from onboarding new stores to maximizing their growth on DoorDash. You will be responsible for defining, executing, and optimizing growth initiatives to provide merchants with an excellent experience to grow their business on DoorDash. On a typical day, you might dive into data to explain merchant sales performance at the lowest level of detail, identify the next set of product features we need to build to help our users, define key growth opportunities and go to market strategies, all while working cross-functionally with sales, product, and engineering teams. You will report to the Associate Manager on Alcohol Merchant Growth on the New Verticals team.
