Medical Affairs Senior Associate (x/f/m)

What you’ll do

Doctolib is looking for a Medical affairs senior associate to join our Medical Excellence team, and contribute to the delivery of medical innovations with a direct public health impact. Reporting to the Medical Affairs Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the value of medical features and medical content on all our products across Europe. We work to deliver software products that are scientifically and medically robust.

Your mission

Help Doctors deliver better care and patient take better care of their health, by providing them the right medical information, at the right time, to increase global patient health.

Our team is attached to the Product teams.

Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

1. Functionality 

• Assess the medical value and risks of medical features in our products to ensure development of qualitative, safe and reliable products and review the related specifications
• Review and validate medical features before roll-out to ensure accuracy and quality
• Maintain medical features & content up to date to provide healthcare professionals with accurate up to date medical information

2. Content

Medical content includes (non-exhaustive list)

In product content : medical guidelines and templates (ex: prescription template, care plan explanation), decision trees or algorithms based on recommendations, for both doctors and patientsMedia & marketing content

• Participate to the definition & implementation of the medical knowledge strategy for Doctolib products
• Review all medical features & content to validate accuracy of messaging conveying medical information to healthcare professionals or patients
• Coordinate the end-to-end content creation and validation programs, including interactions with public organisations, scientific society, doctors, …

3. Coordination & Monitoring

• Perform scientific & medical bibliography to ensure all content & products rely on trusted sources
• Work in close collaboration with Healthcare professionals (Doctolib pioneers) as well as many teams within Doctolib (Product, Product Marketing, Marketing, …) to ensure that we provide the best medical tools to doctors & patients

• You have at least 8 years of experience in the medical software environment, in the medical affairs team, or in R&D for software medical devices
• You have significant experience in tech & software development environment (2-3 years required)
• You are structured, detailed-oriented and have a strong analytical mindset
• You have strong project management skills, you are action/result-oriented and hands-on
• You are product & user centric
• You are fluent in French, and English (German and Italian are a plus)
