About Atria:
Atria is a membership-based preventive health care practice delivering cutting-edge primary and specialty care from the comfort of your home, at our practices in Palm Beach and New York, or wherever you are in the world.
We bring together a multidisciplinary team of renowned, in-house physicians to provide proactive, preventive, and precision-based care for Atria members and their families. We aim to optimize the lifespan and healthspan of all our members through meticulous screening and tailored interventions to prevent, reverse, or manage all major chronic diseases.
Each member’s care is led by a dedicated Chief Medical Officer who collaborates on your behalf with specialists in cardiology, neurology, pediatrics, gynecology, endocrinology, performance and movement, and more. Our exceptional clinicians also work closely with the 60+ members of the Atria Academy of Science & Medicine, top experts in their respective fields who are available for rapid consults, support, and referrals.
Essential Job Duties:
If an employer mentions a salary or salary range on their job, we display it as an "Employer Estimate". If a job has no salary data, Rise displays an estimate if available.
At Atria, we're on a mission to redefine preventive healthcare, and we can’t do it without an exceptional Seasonal Advanced Care Provider (NP/PA) joining our Home Services team in the Hamptons from May 1 to September 15, 2025. As an Advanced Care Provider, you will partner with our dedicated Atria physicians to deliver outstanding care right at our members’ doorsteps. Your hands-on approach will involve providing both urgent and preventive services, such as phlebotomy and IV infusions, while collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team, including pediatricians and emergency medicine physicians. Picture yourself flexibly working across diverse medical disciplines while being part of a supportive network of over 60 experts at the Atria Academy of Science & Medicine. If you have a proven background in urgent care, primary care, or family medicine and are comfortable treating both pediatric and adult populations, we want to hear from you! You should be adaptable, ready to perform point-of-care testing, and skilled in essential procedures like blood draws and IV insertions. Your role will also involve maintaining medical records, ensuring inventory of medical supplies, and participating in telehealth services. If you are someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is committed to lifelong learning and professional development, this is the opportunity for you. Bring your passion and expertise to Atria, where together we can make a significant impact on our members' health and well-being!
