Job Summary

A company is looking for a Corporate Vice President, Distribution Strategy & Planning Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and drive the end-to-end Distribution strategic planning cycle aligned with financial targets
• Lead Sales Enablement strategy and oversee Continuous Improvement tools to enhance operational discipline
• Champion technology and data use to improve sales effectiveness and decision-making across Distribution

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, management, or related field (Master's or MBA preferred)
• Proven experience in strategic planning and execution within a complex organization
• Deep understanding of distribution, go-to-market strategy, and sales operations
• Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to synthesize complex data
• Experience leading change initiatives and collaborating across diverse teams
