Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Strategy and Operations Analyst to join their Customer Success Strategy & Operations team.

Key Responsibilities

• Support internal executives and global Customer Success teams with visibility into Customer Success Incentives
• Leverage BI tools to analyze data and deliver reports on performance plans and compensation
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, and leadership to ensure alignment and execution of incentive programs

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in strategy and operations, preferably in Customer Success or Sales Operations
• Proficiency in BI tools such as Looker, PowerBI, or Tableau for data analysis
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with data warehousing platforms like Snowflake
• Experience with MS Office Suite and Salesforce.com, with expert-level proficiency in Excel
• B.A. or B.S. degree
