Key Responsibilities

• Architect overarching communication strategies that drive cultural relevance and behavior change for healthcare clients
• Oversee qualitative and quantitative research to fuel strategic frameworks and narratives
• Collaborate with creative and analytics teams to ensure strategy leads execution and measure program performance

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in strategic planning or research roles within PR, advertising, or healthcare communications
• Deep expertise in healthcare, particularly pharma and biotech
• Proven ability to lead research and synthesize insights into impactful strategies
• Experience in new business development and strategic thought leadership
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with effectiveness in multi-stakeholder planning processes
