Key Responsibilities

• Lead the execution and reporting on security strategic initiatives to enhance the organization's security framework
• Manage key security projects ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) for security initiatives and report progress to leadership

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, security, or a related field
• Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC, or PMP are a plus
• 3 - 5 years of hands-on experience in project management leading security or IT initiatives
• Knowledge of security frameworks and compliance standards
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate technical security risks into business impacts
