Job Summary

A company is looking for a Disability Advocate Team Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage eligibility determination for SSI/SSDI candidates and oversee the completion of necessary federal documentation
• Provide coaching and training to team members to meet quality and performance metrics
• Serve as the first-level escalation for claims and assist in conflict resolution

Qualifications and Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required; some college coursework preferred
• Intermediate experience with data entry, word processing, and MS Office applications
• Understanding of medical terminology and Social Security regulations related to disability benefits
• Ability to navigate third-party software for tracking and reporting
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is desirable
