Job Summary

A company is looking for an AR Follow Up Team Lead (Healthcare RCM).

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise the account resolution process and ensure timely follow-up on unresolved claims
• Monitor offshore resources to maintain productivity and accuracy benchmarks for unpaid claims
• Act as a resource for escalated issues and provide guidance and training as needed

Qualifications and Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Medical billing experience preferred
• 2+ years of office experience with a focus on problem solving and research
• Ability to work independently and identify patterns for informed decision-making
• Remote positions require a home internet connection that meets specific criteria
