Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual Call Center Agent.

Key Responsibilities

• Responds to member telephone calls regarding eligibility and benefit information
• Documents calls and inquiries in a customer relationship management (CRM) system
• Conducts outbound calls to members as needed

Required Qualifications and Education

• Bilingual in Spanish and English
• Minimum of 6 months customer service or telephone experience
• Experience with organizational functions and personnel
• Familiarity with computer software and help desk technology
