Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Analyst II to service clients and their employees effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver ongoing service to support client requirements and needs
• Manage daily/weekly/annual file processing and perform audits for data accuracy
• Provide first-level system support and execute client-specific reporting

Required Qualifications

• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and working knowledge of MS Office products
• Extensive experience with databases, data interpretation, and manipulation
• Experience in benefits administration system technology, payroll, HRIS, or related software
• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university or equivalent relevant work experience
