Key Responsibilities

• Oversee internal sales forecasting and facilitate meetings with leadership for business updates
• Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and enhance operational efficiency
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective use of technology and support annual planning processes

Required Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience; MBA preferred
• 7+ years of experience in operations roles, particularly in SaaS cybersecurity companies
• General knowledge of the cybersecurity industry and experience with channel-led sales
• Strong understanding of sales support tools, especially Salesforce
• Proficiency in Excel and presentation tools; experience with BI tools is a plus
