Key Responsibilities

• Lead net-new revenue sales teams and post-sales functions while optimizing the sales funnel

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience achieving revenue and growth targets, preferably in financial products or fintech
• Experience leading full-cycle sales organizations, including new business and post-sales teams
• Proven track record in building high-performing BDR teams
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making
• Experience in SMB and Mid-Market sales cycles
