Florida Licensed Regional Processing Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Regional Processing Manager for the TUTTI Region.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and train staff, ensuring adherence to organizational policies and effective communication
• Oversee the Processing team's workflow and ensure compliance with all relevant guidelines and standards
• Collaborate with interdepartmental managers to resolve issues and enhance customer service

Required Qualifications

• Broad understanding of residential mortgage loans and processing procedures
• BA from a four-year college or university or equivalent experience
• One to two years of related experience and/or training, with two years in a management role
• Knowledge of Encompass Database software and other relevant mortgage systems
• Ability to motivate teams and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
