Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director/Senior Director of Publishers to lead and evolve its Distribution team.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and expand the distribution strategy to include emerging channels and partnerships
• Drive strategic growth by identifying new partnership opportunities and ecosystems
• Manage and optimize the publisher engagement strategy to meet editorial needs and build trust

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in media partnerships, business development, or publisher success
• 2+ years of leadership experience in a high-growth, digital media, or SaaS environment
• Deep understanding of the digital media landscape and experience with news publishers
• Proven ability to manage and grow high-performing teams
• Familiarity with systems like Airtable, ClickUp, and HubSpot
