Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Processing to lead and scale their loan processing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the processing pipeline for Business Purpose Loans and manage day-to-day file flow
• Lead and develop a team of processors while maintaining service-level agreements for processing timelines
• Identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements to enhance closing timelines

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in private lending, non-QM, or business-purpose real estate lending
• Proven track record of leading operational teams and managing SLAs and KPIs
• Experience using third-party diligence software for applicant reviews
• Ability to balance operational execution with strategic growth
• Strong risk-management mindset
