Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Payments to lead growth in Payments & Financing.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive customer and volume growth across all Fintech products, including payment processing and financing
• Oversee commercial partnerships, compliance, and financial performance related to payments
• Lead the payments-focused sales team to enhance adoption, revenue, and customer value

Required Qualifications

• 10-12+ years of experience in payments partnerships, sales, operations, or fintech strategy
• Deep understanding of the payments ecosystem, including acquirers and processors
• Proven success in leading external partnership negotiations and sales teams
• Strong financial acumen with the ability to analyze pricing and ROI
• Executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills
