VP of Sales - Retirement Plans (FINRA Licensed)

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President of Sales for Retirement Plan Services in the Northeast Territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, pursue, and sell to retirement plan prospects in the Large Market segment
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key prospects, advisors, and consultants
  • Manage the sales process and sales opportunity pipeline while collaborating with internal business partners
Required Qualifications
  • Self-motivated and demonstrates a high degree of personal integrity and resilience
  • Client facing service or intermediary sales experience
  • Familiarity with advisors and benefit consultants within the defined territory
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; may have postgraduate and/or certification
  • FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses (can be obtained under condition of employment)
