Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Development Manager, CX Resellers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit new partners and build a strong pipeline of strategic partners
  • Qualify, negotiate contracts, assist in onboarding, and coordinate training and marketing efforts
  • Manage partner engagements and support account executives in closing deals
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of sales experience in UCaaS, CCaaS, and/or SaaS through channel partners
  • Experience and contacts in the channel partner community, including VARs, SIs, Agents, and MSPs
  • Proven ability to manage and grow business with channel partner relationships
  • Experience with SFDC and developing metrics to measure partner progress
  • Ability to forecast key business parameters and report status effectively
