Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Client Success to oversee client relationships and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage operations for key strategic accounts, serving as the primary contact for post-sale client requests
• Mentor and coach a team of Associate Client Success Managers and Client Success Managers
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through exceptional service and performance analysis

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in a Client Success role within the programmatic industry
• Extensive experience in people management within account management or client success
• Strong knowledge of the ad-tech ecosystem and digital advertising landscape
• Proven track record of managing customer relationships and conducting business reviews
• Experience in healthcare advertising is a plus
