Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Channel Sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a channel sales strategy to achieve annual bookings goals
• Lead and mentor a team of channel sales professionals, fostering collaboration and accountability
• Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners to co-develop effective sales strategies

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in channel sales, business development, or similar roles, with 3+ years in a sales leadership position
• Proven expertise in developing channel partner networks, preferably in healthcare or benefits
• Strong analytical skills to monitor sales metrics and optimize performance
• Familiarity with standard contract language and deal negotiation
• Experience in healthcare, benefits, or musculoskeletal care sales is a plus
