Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Business Development specializing in Microsoft Dynamics and Azure.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Microsoft Dynamics and Azure space
• Collaborate with Marketing to design and launch integrated campaigns while tracking performance and ROI
• Partner with Innovation teams and Sales leadership to align go-to-market strategies and ensure cohesive customer engagement

Qualifications

• Proven experience in business development or sales leadership within the Microsoft ecosystem (Dynamics, Azure)
• Strong proficiency in CRM systems, Outreach, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Microsoft Copilot
• Demonstrated ability to build and analyze metrics, KPIs, and ROI for campaigns
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred
• Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to execution
