Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Operations Analyst to support the sales team through data analysis and client interaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze client product usage data to support billing and identify customer trends
• Communicate with clients regarding reporting needs and necessary changes
• Research and standardize account records while managing priorities to meet team goals

Required Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in a related discipline or equivalent experience
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in the automotive industry
• Experience with data modeling and BI tools
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel, including advanced functions like pivot tables and macros
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects
