Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Operations & Analytics Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and implement sales reporting processes and metrics, monitoring revenue-generating activities for accuracy and consistency
  • Create and maintain reporting dashboards and KPIs to provide insights into revenue performance and market trends
  • Support GTM leadership with capacity planning, productivity reviews, and sales forecasting operationalization
Required Qualifications
  • 6+ years of experience in analytics, sales operations, or strategy, preferably in B2B SaaS
  • Strong knowledge of databases and experience with large datasets
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and experience with sales and BI tools like Clari and Tableau
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Ability to analyze complex data sets and distill actionable insights
