Iron Hammer Music — a bold, forward-leaning new music company — is looking for a Digital Marketing & TikTok Specialist to join our growing team. If you’re bi-lingual (Spanish/English), deeply tapped into TikTok, YouTube, and the music landscape, and ready to grow with a music brand, we want to hear from you.
What You’ll Do:
• Develop and execute short-form video content strategies for TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Instagram Reels.
• Collaborate with artists and creative teams to create engaging, trend-driven content.
• Manage digital rollouts and campaigns across social and streaming platforms.
• Monitor trends, analytics, and fan engagement to optimize performance.
• Help define the digital voice and presence of a cutting-edge music company.
Who You Are:
• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• Based in Southern Florida (or possibly remote for the right candidate).
• Highly experienced with TikTok, YouTube, and other social platforms.
• Passionate and knowledgeable across all genres of music.
• Self-starter with a creative eye, strong communication skills, and a drive to innovate.
Bonus Points:
• Experience working in music, entertainment, or influencer marketing.
• Previous success launching viral or high-performing content.
• Knowledge of the Latin music market and its digital ecosystem.
