Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end RFP process, ensuring timely and high-quality proposal delivery
• Collaborate with internal teams to align proposals with client needs and company capabilities
• Track proposal performance and participate in client performance reviews to drive continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (4-year University degree required)
• Minimum of 7 years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years in proposal management
• Strong background in sales support and client engagement, preferably in the video game industry
• Familiarity with outsourcing services and the video game industry landscape
• Strong CRM knowledge and proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
