Job Summary

A company is looking for a Dealer Relationship Manager to enhance customer relationships and maximize product usage.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain a detailed understanding of products and services, assisting customers and suggesting optimal offerings
• Maximize performance with existing products, upselling additional services and addressing customer attrition
• Provide first-line support to clients, improving customer experience and ensuring effective product usage

Required Qualifications

• Three years of experience in an Automotive Retail BDC or B2B Account Management role
• Knowledge of F&I is required
• 2+ years of proven KPI-driven cross-sell/upsell experience
• Ability to identify opportunities for product usage and retention
• Excellent presentation skills
