A company is looking for a Director / VP of Client Success.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a replicable client success strategy to achieve optimal client outcomes
• Manage client health system to maintain an average client health score of 90% or higher
• Lead the team to achieve revenue growth through account renewals and expansions

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years in a Client Success leadership role
• 2+ years in the Managed Charging / Demand Response space
• Deep understanding of client success and operations fundamentals
• Ability to create strategic account plans and navigate a sales pipeline
• Strong knowledge of the Managed Charging / Demand Response industry
