Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Manager to lead strategic relationships and drive client success across their platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging training sessions demonstrating how the platform can address client business challenges
• Serve as a trusted advisor, translating complex data into actionable insights for clients and internal teams
• Maintain a library of best practices and contribute to internal certification training for associates

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required
• Knowledge and use of Spectra and/or SSI tools
• Experience in a client service environment with a focus on developing and maintaining client relationships
• Project management skills and ability to handle multiple priorities in complex situations
• Retail or manufacturing background experience preferred
