Job Summary

A company is looking for a Deal Operations Analyst II to support the sales and success teams in managing quotes and agreements for customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide support for sales teams in building quotes and agreements, ensuring a smooth procurement process
• Manage and improve standard templates for complex opportunities and act as a point of contact for sales support
• Collaborate with the Business Systems team on process and system improvements and maintain process documentation

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in Deal Operations, Deal Desk, or Sales Operations at a high-growth technology company
• 2+ years of experience with Salesforce
• Experience with SaaS sales quote and agreement solutions preferred
• Advanced skills in MS Office and Google Docs
• Experience managing templates in DocuSign CLM is a plus
