Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Executive II.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve 90 day and 180 day pacing metrics post hire
• Create and grow prospects via lead qualification and develop a sales pipeline
• Build relationships with customers and account teams up to the C-Level to present product information and support the ordering process

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with HR technology and solution sales
• Exceptional strategic planning and business development skills
• Demonstrated sales skills through partner networks in HR Tech
• Experience within Earned Wage Access, HR tech, or fintech is highly preferred
• Strong sales, presentation, negotiation, and organizational skills
